We’re looking for a dynamic Business Intelligence Junior Analyst to join our team and help fuel our company’s ambitious growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be an innovative team player with a strong understanding of the digital advertising and Mar-tech space, eager to dive into data and uncover insights that drive smarter decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business, influence high-impact strategies, and play a vital role in streamlining operations, optimizing sales and marketing workflows, and accelerating revenue growth.

  • Gather, analyze, and compile sales performance and marketing data/reports needed to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations to improve business actions and outcomes.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards that highlight business performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to collect data and align on strategies that drive business growth.
  • Analyze marketing and sales workflows, from lead generation through conversion and revenue growth, and share regular insights with senior management.
  • Support the management and optimization of the company’s CRM system to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to streamline processes and develop workflows that increase operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and recommendations that directly impact the company’s mission and growth trajectory.

This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing, with strong collaborative ties to the Head of Sales and CEO, offering unique visibility and influence at the highest levels of the business.

  • Proven analytical ability to gather data, perform complex analyses, and solve both business and technical problems.
  • Basic SQL knowledge and ability to work with large datasets is a plus.
  • Understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and how they connect to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Expert proficiency with business intelligence techniques & tools for the acquisition and transformation of raw data into meaningful and valuable information for business and analysis purposes.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and Mar-tech ecosystems, including lead generation, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Identify future product development and improve Clinch’s data methodologies to drive the company's revenues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
