In this role, you will:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of experience in retail banking, with a strong understanding of branch operations and customer service.
2+ years of project management experience, including planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.

In this role, you will:
- Manage the operational execution of retail branch openings, closures, relocations, and safe deposit box events.
- Lead and facilitate meetings and conference calls with senior and regional leadership to align on branch change strategies.
- Travel to provide onsite support for branch implementations and safe deposit box events.
- Oversee branch change events from initial leadership approval through final execution, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Foster collaboration and drive alignment across cross-functional teams, including those outside of direct management.
- Partner with internal departments such as ATM, Corporate Properties Group (CPG), Security, Horizon, Marketing, Transportation, and Technology.
- Apply independent judgment to guide deliverables, maintaining a strong focus on risk mitigation and control adherence.
- Present strategic recommendations to improve operational effectiveness, support functions, and business performance.
- Provide consultative guidance to key stakeholders and partners navigating complex change events.
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management to resolve escalations and ensure successful outcomes.
