About the Job
We're seeking a data-driven GTM Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain sophisticated automation workflows that optimize our entire go-to-market operation from initial prospect through long-term customer success. You'll combine your data engineering background with AI prompting expertise to create intelligent systems that streamline sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
As our automation specialist, you'll work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify inefficiencies across the customer lifecycle and build data-driven solutions that eliminate manual work while improving conversion rates, retention, and expansion. This role is perfect for someone passionate about leveraging modern automation platforms and AI to transform how businesses scale their revenue operations.
What You'll Do
- Automate lead and customer flows: Build end-to-end systems that handle lead capture, qualification, routing, onboarding, and re-engagement
- Data integration & enrichment: Design pipelines that pull data from internal and external sources, validate and enrich it, and feed it into GTM tools
- AI-powered automation: Use LLMs and prompt-based systems to personalize outreach, score leads, detect churn signals, and generate content
- Cross-system orchestration: Integrate tools like CRMs, email platforms, support software, and internal databases using APIs and webhooks
- GTM workflow optimization: Collaborate with go-to-market teams to identify inefficiencies and automate manual steps in their day-to-day operations
- Analytics & monitoring: Build dashboards, reports, and alerting systems to track funnel health, workflow performance, and automation ROI
Who You Are
- 3+ years in data engineering with focus on working with GTM teams.
- Experience automating GTM or customer-facing processes (sales, marketing, onboarding, retention, support)
- Strong grasp of CRM platforms and customer lifecycle flows (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Comfort working with enrichment tools. Experience with Clay is a plus
- Comfort working with AI tools, LLMs, or prompt-based automations (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code tools such as Pipedream
- Solid understanding of how GTM systems connect and operate together — from lead gen to renewal
- Knowledge of scripting in Python for API calls, data processing, custom integrations, and ability to write HTTPS requests from scratch
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action — you care about real-world impact and business results
- Strong ownership and system design skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience with modern data stack (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Segment)
- Background in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth startup environments
- Knowledge of metrics like NPS, CSAT, CAC, LTV, churn prediction, or expansion triggers
- Familiarity with HubSpot workflows, reports, or API-level integrations
Benefits
- Fully remote
- Competitive salary and equity package
- Flexible time off
- Work with cutting-edge technology and innovative customers
- Opportunity to shape the future of financial data access
