Job Details:

Oversees data management and tasker tracking for Advanced Training Solutions (ATS) business unit’s leadership, program managers, business development, and engineers.  Subject matter expert on SalesForce operations, maintaining 65+ highly visible opportunities and all data associated with bookings, WOW process, dashboard, and report generation and forecast artifacts for opp owners and ATS leadership.  Tracks all discretionary requests and establishes charge numbers in accordance with Cubic’s WAM process, to include timely forecasts for company leadership. Manages ATS quarterly opportunity reviews with opp owners and leadership.  Generates spreadsheets and slide decks for AOP and STRAP data, as well as integrating SalesForce reports for holistic blue sheets for ATS financial planning and reporting.  Establishes all purchase orders for all ATS consultants and collects, tracks, and approves consultant invoices for reporting.  Tracks payment status with Accounts Payable, PFOs, and ATS.  Manages sharing repositories for ATS PMs, BD, and Engineers, to include SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS TEAMS.  Plans and executes high vis Cubic HQ visits via coordination of security.  Creates meeting artifacts for KLEs.  Sets up conference rooms and resource planning for A/V, artifacts, and meals.
