Job Description
You are passionate about delivering solutions to clients, and have experience in relationship management within payments.
As a Business Development Specialist within our Merchant Services team, you will be a strategic thinker, passionate about delivering payment solutions to clients. You will leverage your experience in relationship management within Payments to sell our services to both new and existing clients. This role provides an opportunity to communicate with key decision-makers at various levels and propose solutions from our payment solution portfolio. Your strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities

  • Selling payment solutions services to both new and existing clients through both inbound and outbound communication.
  • Qualifying both cold & warm sales leads through making 40 - 50 outbound calls per day.
  • Communicating both verbally and in writing with key decision-makers at a variety of levels (Small to Mid-size business owners, CEOs, etc.) to evaluate needs and propose solutions from our payment solution portfolio in a short sales cycle with a high velocity of leads.
  • Staying abreast of company's products, solutions and services to aid in product development based on client needs.
  • Maintaining a sales pipeline with detailed and accurate electronic records and other administrative duties as required.
  • Delivering excellent follow up proactively and on time / as promised to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction both pre and post-sale.
  • Operate between multiple software and platforms to deliver the optimal solution based on client needs.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 2 plus years of sales experience and/or Bachelor/Associate degree
  • Bilingual Spanish and English (must speak, read and write Spanish)
  • Strong tele-sales ability, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task and function successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Focused and detail-oriented
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel Good work ethic/positive attitude and easy to get along / work with


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Merchant Services or Banking Industry experience
