About the role:
As a Business Development Specialist (Americas), you will play a key role in driving our sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. You will engage with prospective customers to understand their business needs, build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, and support the sales process through targeted outreach, market intelligence, and effective communication. You will also contribute to marketing activities and events while maintaining accurate sales administration and CRM records. This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused sales professional with experience in SAP Business One or Microsoft Business Central and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will get to:
  • Lead and manage the sales qualification process
  • Understand the customer's business environment
  • Develop pipeline through a combination of phone calls, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence
  • Build a solid pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Assist with Marketing related activities and events
  • Sales administration & CRM.
What we are looking for:
Experience:
  • Proven sales background in either SAP Business One or Microsoft Business Central. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Service oriented and passionate about helping customers to reach new heights
  • Strong sales management background with a proven track record
  • Creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills:
