Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator (Mid level - Tijuana)

Conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, manage CRM records and sales pipelines, coordinate follow-ups, support proposals and RFPs, research market opportunities, and manage special projects with internal and external stakeholders. The role also supports executive communications and scheduling while maintaining client and prospect relationships throughout the sales cycle.
This is a remote position.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator to support business growth initiatives, client engagement activities, and strategic projects. This position combines lead generation, relationship management, sales support, and cross-functional project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
- Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential clients.
- Qualify leads and coordinate follow-up activities with the revenue team.
- Manage prospect, client, and opportunity records in CRM systems.
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate special projects with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support executive communications and scheduling activities.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, customer success, recruiting, or a related role.
- Must reside in Tijuana.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong B2B communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience conducting prospecting activities and managing sales pipelines.
- Experience working with CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Experience in SaaS, technology services, staffing, recruiting, or consulting.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
- Knowledge of outbound sales and email marketing best practices.
