What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between marketing and sales, owning the vital first point of contact for new business. You will have the unique opportunity to drive market expansion by attending premier industry trade shows and conferences across the country, positioning advanced logistics solutions alongside a global team while enjoying clear avenues for professional progression.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Launch dynamic outbound prospecting strategies and qualify incoming marketing leads to generate high-value pipeline opportunities.

  • Command discovery calls and facilitate initial demonstrations to align potential client challenges with our innovative technology solutions.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales teams to analyze market trends and build compelling outreach messaging.

  • Pioneer on-site networking and live prospecting at major industry conferences to secure high-yield sales meetings.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong professional communication skills with an ability to conduct deep discovery calls and engage diverse audiences.

  • Proven capability to manage multiple prospecting channels and organize lead data effectively.

  • High collaboration mindset to work seamlessly across global, cross-functional sales environments.

  • Flexibility to attend meetings and connect regularly with international teams across European time zones.

  • Prior experience working within the transportation, logistics, or supply chain sector.

  • Familiarity with modern CRM databases or advanced sales engagement software.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring Range

$43,900.00–$59,000.00
