What You’ll Own: 

  • Proactively generate qualified leads through outbound efforts (Cold Calling, Email, Social Selling). 

  • Identify opportunities by uncovering prospect needs, generating interest, and securing meetings 

  • Log, track, and provide disposition for each qualified lead 

  • Own your success—meet or exceed lead targets and other key metrics. 

  • Leverage prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other sales enablement platforms 

  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team to drive pipeline growth 

  • Demonstrate strong selling, influencing, and relationship-building skills to win prospects over

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, and relevant inbound/outbound sales experience 

  • Resilient, driven, and results-oriented  

  • Strong ability to connect with, influence, and convert prospects 

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, skilled in written/verbal communication with strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills 

  • Empathetic with a customer-focused approach 

  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time 

  • Quick thinking, fast learning, and solution-oriented, with an ability to think outside the box and see things through to resolution 

  • Coachable, with a growth mindset and a drive to continuously improve 

  • A customer value, ROI, and business outcome-driven mindset 

  • Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot preferred) and sales platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
