Who You Are

As you start your career in sales, you thrive on taking initiative and have a hunter mentality when it comes to uncovering opportunities. You’re growth-minded, driven, and excited to kick-start your sales career at a fast-growing tech company. Partnering closely with our Account Executives, Growth team, and fellow BDRs, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a robust pipeline of qualified leads. You'll have an amazing opportunity to kick-off your sales career in a growing tech company and receive mentorship from seasoned sales professionals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Leverage tools and tech to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and build targeted prospect lists
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively engage prospects through strategic outbound calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach
  • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to convert prospects into sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and book meetings for our Account Executives
  • Pipeline Growth: Nurture and engage with key accounts through relevant social media channels
  • CRM Management: Track all activities, maintain detailed notes, and ensure accurate data entry in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Cardata’s products and services to effectively communicate value to prospects

What you'll bring:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently
  • A growth mindset and a highly motivated, self-starter attitude with a passion for cold calling and driving results
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to connect with prospects effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Enthusiasm for pursuing a career in sales and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sales, particularly SaaS or tech sales
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data-driven selling
  • Knowledge of outbound prospecting tools like Zoominfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
