This is a B2B sales role ideal for candidates with 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing positions. You could be relatively new to Sales and looking for a Tech or SaaS sales role, or you've already achieved some success but are looking to sell into a different industry and develop your career.

What you'll be doing:
- Prospect and engage enterprise clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate opportunities
- Conduct B2B sales outreach and qualify leads that align with CompassX’s consulting solutions
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline in the CRM to track opportunities and results
- Research accounts and decision-makers to deliver personalized, consultative messaging
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and CompassX leadership
- Collaborate with leadership to refine target account strategies and outreach approaches
- Represent CompassX professionally and confidently in all interactions
What you'll bring:
- 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B experience preferred)
- A track record of achieving goals or a strong drive to hit ambitious targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage executive stakeholders
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Grit, resilience, and a hunger to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
