Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and inclusive Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on managing high-volume of both inbound leads and outbound business development, ensuring a client-first approach. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and success in the wealth management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute strategies for managing and converting inbound leads.
- Regularly perform against individual monthly and/or quarterly targets: pipeline creation, conversion rates, appointments set, and follow-up calls assigned to quota-carrying sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders on reporting and analysis.
- Ensure CRM tools and value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities.
- Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline within strategic and targeted accounts.
- Manage target account lists and drive a comprehensive demand generation plan.
- Maintain a high level of daily activity, including calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Use advanced prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and other tools to uncover new opportunities and build trust with prospects.
- Keep up to date with the financial technology industry and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales processes and product and service value propositions.
- Prioritize client needs and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
- 3 years of experience working as a SaaS business or sales development representative looking to progress their career.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Zoominfo.
- Strong history of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Experience working both inbound and outbound channels.
- Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, and social selling.
