You will work closely with our Founders and Account Executive team to uncover new sales/business opportunities and help drive revenue for Pirros. This individual will be responsible for proactive outbound and inbound appointment setting focused on our target markets. This position will have a direct impact on our success by providing qualifying prospects from lead status into the opportunity stage.

What You’ll Own:

Proactively generate qualified leads through outbound efforts (Cold Calling, Email, Social Selling).

Identify opportunities by uncovering prospect needs, generating interest, and securing meetings

Log, track, and provide disposition for each qualified lead

Own your success—meet or exceed lead targets and other key metrics.

Leverage prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other sales enablement platforms

Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team to drive pipeline growth

Demonstrate strong selling, influencing, and relationship-building skills to win prospects over
Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, and relevant inbound/outbound sales experience

Highly organized, detail-oriented, skilled in written/verbal communication with strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills

Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot preferred) and sales platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
