Job Summary: 

The Business Development Representative (also known as a Sales Development Representative) engages with stakeholders to address their concerns about investment reporting accuracy and timeliness. Using advanced technology, the representative and their team will proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn. They will gain expertise in sales techniques and utilize company tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and High Spot to effectively find new prospects and contribute to Clearwater's growth. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct research and find compelling events to identify customer needs and personalize sales communications. 

  • Source, prepare for and participate in business meetings with prospective clients. 

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives with the goal to increase net new pipeline. 

  • Create and maintain client information in our CRM database. 

  • Collaborate with and become an apprentice to closers in supporting deals as they move through the sales funnel.

Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting and/or another related area. 

Salary Range

$48,000.00 - $62,000.00

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
