ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hard-working and friendly Business Development Representative with fantastic interpersonal skills, relationship-building, and attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and securing partnerships to close new partnerships. You will play a key role in building relationships with potential clients and generating new sales opportunities. This role is fully remote, but you must be based in the United States.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES​​​​​​
  • Research & Prospecting: Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers, engaging with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers
  • Outbound Outreach: Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with key decision-makers
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records with lead activity, interactions, and progress
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize lead conversion
  • Relationship Building: Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to tailor sales messaging effectively
  • Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Skilled in relationship-building, negotiation, and closing
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills
  • Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
