What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospects through calls and emails to uncover new business opportunities.
- Build meaningful relationships with prospects while clearly communicating the value of HSI’s products and services.
- Collect valuable information to qualify leads and schedule meetings with Account Executives.
- Track and manage activities in Salesforce and Salesloft with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and support one another.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for setting sales-qualified appointments.
- Operate with professionalism and integrity, always building trust with prospects and teammates.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role. Experience in B2B SaaS (software) is a big plus.
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred. We welcome candidates from all educational backgrounds who meet the role's needs
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong self-discipline, motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
