We are now looking for Business Development Representatives (BDR) to support our growing sales activities in DACH region. This role can be based in Germany, Finland, Sweden or Norway.
As a BDR, you will play a critical role in driving our success. You will need to grasp the fundamentals of the M-Files intelligent information management software, have an engaging personality and professional approach that will enable you to connect with prospective customers, evaluate their needs and communicate how M-Files will improve their business in order to agree on meetings with our sales representatives to proceed with the sales process.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, and contact new prospective customer accounts
  • Research and identify prospective customer contacts using company websites, web searches, networking tools such as LinkedIn and other social media tools
  • Qualify potential customers
  • Qualify, route and nurture both Inbound and outbound prospects to the appropriate M-Files Sales Representative or business segment.
  • Clearly communicate to prospects and customers the value of M-Files products
  • Conduct online M-Files demos and meetings with prospective customers
  • Build qualified sales pipeline
  • Support early stages of sales process and work in close collaboration

Requirements
  • Business Development (BDR) experience in a technology-centric environment.
  • Experience in generating leads & success in outbound and inbound prospecting.
  • An ability to listen to the customer and translate their needs into actionable pre-sales tasks and new business proposals
  • Taking pleasure in reaching out to new clients and implementing effective prospecting strategies
  • A proactive growth mindset focused on achieving targets and a strong enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment
  • Experience in a customer-facing position (such as consultant, sales engineer, or sales representative) is highly preferred, particularly with one or more of the following focus areas: Document Management, Database, ERP, Integration, or CRM solutions
  • Experience in the energy, oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors is beneficial as well as previous work experience in SAAS business
  • Fluent English and German and strong verbal & written communication skills. Nordic languages are considered as an asset.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Windows applications.
