Location: Remote (US) - preference for East Coast / Washington, D.C. area

NODA AI builds orchestration software for heterogeneous unmanned systems and partners with government and commercial operators to field autonomous mission capabilities across air, land, sea and space domains. The BDR will be the front line of our go-to-market engine, accelerating pipeline development and enabling captures that turn into high-impact prototypes and contracts.

The Role

This high-impact role supports Account Executives by generating and qualifying pipeline, coordinating capture logistics, and driving CRM and capture hygiene. The BDR will execute capture fundamentals and gain exposure to federal acquisition processes with a clear progression path into full-cycle sales or capture roles.

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively prospect and outreach to program offices, primes, and systems integrators using targeted account lists and research.

· Qualify inbound interest and convert leads into opportunities for the Account Executive.

· Maintain CRM (opportunity updates, activity logs, accurate forecasting support).

· Coordinate capture logistics: scheduling briefings/demos, preparing materials, managing attendee lists, and supporting war-room coordination.

· Assist with RFI/RFP intake, drafting standard response language, and preparing inputs for proposal teams and pricing templates.

· Conduct account research and maintain stakeholder maps and competitor trackers.

· Support event execution, on-site demo coordination, and after-action capture of customer feedback.
· Reports to: Account Executive, Defense & Government

Required Qualifications

· U.S. Citizen (required). Ability to obtain a security clearance.

· 1–3 years experience in sales development, capture support, proposals coordination, or a government-facing role.

· Experience with at least one defense-related domain.

· Individual contributor experience to at least one government contract win.

· Familiarity with federal acquisition basics and stakeholder landscape.

· Strong written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

· Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and standard office/productivity software.

· Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working for a defense contractor or in a program support role.

· Exposure to unmanned systems, autonomy, ISR, or mission management software.

· Experience supporting OTA, IDIQ, or FAR proposal activities.

· Experience in software sales to the federal government.

This role is intentionally designed as a feeder into Account Executive, Capture Lead, or Capture Manager roles. High performers may transition into quota-carrying Account Executive positions or specialize into proposals/capture leadership.
