As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in building Provectus’ sales pipeline and driving new business opportunities within financial services and insurance sectors.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales Team and VP of Sales, conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, nurture leads, and set high-quality meetings. As the first touchpoint representing Provectus to prospects, you will act as a trusted, professional, and knowledgeable ambassador of our brand.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical and business background, who understands AI, cloud, and enterprise solutions and is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build targeted prospect lists and outreach campaigns using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels
  • Qualify and nurture leads, focusing on meaningful conversations and relationship building
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Team and support pipeline development
  • Follow up with prospects using HubSpot and other CRM tools
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline goals
  • Learn Provectus’ AI and cloud solutions, value propositions, and industry use cases to effectively position offerings to prospects

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 2–4+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR in a technology, AI, or cloud-focused company
  • Strong experience in enterprise outbound sales and engaging stakeholders at multiple executive levels
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies, AI/ML, and modern data platforms
  • Experience or exposure to financial services or insurance industries is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong listening skills, professional presence, and positive phone demeanor
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven with a strong follow-up discipline
  • Experience using CRM and productivity tools (HubSpot, Gmail, Google Drive, MS Office, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

  • Background with AWS (current or former), AWS partner ecosystem, or strong network within AWS
  • Technical leadership experience (e.g., former CTO, Solutions Architect, Technical Leader) transitioning into business development
  • MBA or strong business acumen
