Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven BDR to generate qualified sales opportunities for our AI-powered warranty processing platform. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and setting product demonstrations with automotive dealership decision-makers, including Fixed Operations Directors, Service Managers, Warranty Administrators, Dealer Principals, and General Managers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this role is competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with dealership executives and service leaders. They are persistent without being pushy, driven by measurable goals and incentives, curious about AI and emerging automotive technologies, and excited about helping dealerships improve their profitability and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, text, and video messaging.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within automotive dealerships and dealer groups.
  • Research dealership operations, service departments, and warranty processes to personalize outreach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent daily activity.

Appointment Setting

  • Generate interest in our AI-powered warranty processing solution.
  • Qualify prospects based on dealership size, current warranty processes, and technology adoption.
  • Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives and Sales Leadership.
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates through effective follow-up.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM.
  • Track outreach activities, conversations, objections, and meeting outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Market Intelligence

  • Gather competitive insights and dealership feedback.
  • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within dealership fixed operations.
  • Share customer insights with sales and product teams.

  • Delivering actionable service department insights
  • Allowing service and warranty teams to focus on customer experience rather than paperwork

Performance Incentives

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 – $100,000+.

Top performers have a clear path to Market Area Manager.


Requirements

What You Need for this Position

  • 1+ years of sales, BDR, SDR, appointment-setting, or automotive industry experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making 40–50 outbound calls per day.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to automotive dealerships.
  • Knowledge of dealership fixed operations, warranty administration, or service department workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or automotive technology solutions.
  • Experience selling into dealer groups or multi-store organizations.
