About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales/Relationship Representative to join our mission driven Hive Enterprise team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote position with an immediate start, ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in managing their processes autonomously, building strong client relationships, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline to consistently drive opportunities forward for both HiveSMART & HiveHEALTH offerings.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Close deals efficiently by tailoring strategies to client needs and overcoming objections with clear communication of complex value propositions persuasively to diverse stakeholders/decision makers.

  • Negotiate high-level SOW requirements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Note: you will have the partnership of Hive operations/legal on the formal contract phase. You will be equipped with SOW templates to run autonomously up to said stage.

  • Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client requirements, solving problems proactively.

  • Track sales performance metrics and report progress regularly to leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record of success in closing deals and managing client relationships in a sales or business development role.

  • Strong ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and motivation.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.

  • Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.

  • Results-oriented mindset with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a proactive approach to collaboration.
