About This Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Business Development Operations Specialist to support Business Development, the most operations-heavy and dynamic team in our Go-To-Market organization. Reporting into Revenue Operations, you’ll design and own mission-critical automations, workflows, and integrations to help BD run smarter, faster, and at scale. This is not a run-the-reports role. It’s for builders who live in tools like Clay, n8n, and AI copilots and have a strong track record of creating complex systems that drive real business impact. Demonstrating deep, hands-on workflows during the interview is essential — without that, we won’t be able to move forward.
What You'll Do:
- GTM Engineering & Automation
- Architect scalable, AI-powered workflows using tools like Clay, n8n, and other no-code/low-code platforms
- Automate and optimize lead routing, data enrichment, outbound personalization, campaign triggers, and other core BD processes
- Prototype and ship AI-enhanced solutions across the GTM stack (e.g., AI SDR logic, intent scoring, routing triggers, enrichment workflows)
Business Development Tech Stack Ownership:
- Act as the technical lead for BD systems within RevOps, owning end-to-end configuration, QA, and user support
- Administer Outreach, UserGems and other BD tools with a lens toward automation, integration, and simplicity
- Partner closely with BD, Marketing, IT, and Data teams to enhance cross-functional workflows
Data Quality & Governance:
- Build and maintain high-integrity datasets through automated deduplication, enrichment, and validation
- Set and enforce data governance standards across lead, contact, account, and activity data
Reporting & Intelligence:
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor Business Development KPIs, campaign performance, and operational health.
- Conduct utilization reporting to track engagement with key tools, identify training needs, and work with enablement to increase adoption and usage.
- Support the analysis of campaign data to inform strategy, using Salesforce Lightning reporting; experience with CRMA is an asset.
- Analyze campaign and outbound performance data to inform strategy and testing priorities
Optimization & Special Projects:
- Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize outbound performance
- Evaluate new tools and vendor partners; assist in tech stack consolidation and rationalization
- Build internal tooling to reduce manual tasks and increase rep productivity
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive hands-on experience building in Clay, n8n or the equivalent – if we can't see deep workflows during your interview, it’s a non-starter
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Revenue Operations, Business Systems Analyst, or Sales/Marketing Operations) in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Obsession with automation, AI, and systems thinking
- Proven ability to build and troubleshoot complex integrations and process automations
- Strong Salesforce and sales engagement tool experience (Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
- High attention to detail, extreme ownership mindset, and ability to self-manage
Bonus:
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and CRMA
- SQL proficiency or data modeling experience
- Exposure to marketing automation and account-based strategies
Why This Role Matters:
- BD is where strategy meets execution. This team depends on RevOps to make their work possible and this role is at the heart of it. The right person here will become a force multiplier for hundreds of conversations and millions in pipeline. We're not in a rush.
Benefits & Perks 😍
-Generous Vacation Policy, plus extra floating holidays to use for religious or cultural events that matter to you
-Employee Share Purchase Plan
-Career progression/internal mobility opportunities
-Four employee resource groups to get involved with (the Docebo Women's Alliance, PRIDE, BIDOC, and Green Ambassadors)
-WeWork partnership and “Work from Anywhere” program
