  Position Summary

Antora advances its commercial pipeline across domestic and international markets, the Business Development (BD) team is looking for a driven intern to support high-impact work across market analysis, customer strategy, and project development. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — the right candidate will be comfortable moving fast, switching contexts, and contributing across a range of workstreams alongside a senior Business DevelopmentD team.



Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop customer analytics frameworks that help the BD team understand demand signals, customer economics, and procurement pathways across international markets
  • Research and analyze new geographic and application markets for Antora products, identifying and sizing opportunity sets and surfacing insights to inform BD prioritization
  • Map the funding, incentive, and policy landscape across priority markets and synthesize opportunities aligned with Antora's project pipeline
  • Build and maintain structured stakeholder maps across priority markets covering policy bodies, funding agencies, utilities, industry groups, and consultancies
  • Support development of high-quality materials for customer conversations, internal investment reviews, and external stakeholder updates
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to BD research and synthesis tasks, and document any workflows built for ongoing team use
  • As capacity allows, explore early-stage signals in newer geographies developing in line with Antora’s value proposition 
 Key Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program, ideally with a background or career interest in management consulting or investment banking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity, quantitative analysis, and first-principles thinking
  • Demonstrated interest in energy markets and technologies, including renewables, energy storage, or industrial decarbonization
 Additional Qualifications Desired
  • Prior experience in or exposure to international market development, cross-border commercial work, or complex deal structuring
  • Familiarity with long-duration energy storage, thermal energy, or industrial heat applications

Work Location:  Onsite - San Jose, CA


Internship Start Dates:

Group 1: June 2nd - August 8th

Group 2: June 16th - August 22nd


Hourly Range:  $45 USD

Please note that the hourly range listed for this position reflects Antora Energy's estimated pay rate. The actual rate offered will be determined based on a candidate's experience, year in school, and degree, as they relate to the position's requirements.

Additionally, this position does not offer visa sponsorship. Only candidates with current work authorization (e.g., F-1 visa with OPT/CPT authorization) will be considered.
