Drive new client acquisition for multi-family property management across Southern California by prospecting, networking, cold calling, conducting discovery meetings, managing pipeline with CRM tools, tracking sales metrics, and coordinating onboarding handoffs to operations to ensure smooth transitions.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new clients and/or contracts across multi-family portfolios. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
What you’ll do
- Aggressively prospect for new property management clients throughout southern California
- Build relationships with real estate investors, landlords, brokers and developers.
- Use CRM tools like Co-Star to manage pipeline, track activity, and drive conversions
- You will be calling, networking, and building relationships with key players in the community in order to develop the overall property management business.
- Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their property management needs and present tailored solutions.
- Track and report on sales metrics, lead generation efforts, and conversion rates.
- Assist with the onboarding and handoff of new clients to the operations team for a smooth transition.
