Core Responsibilities 

    Evaluates and assess current and prospect employer needs throughout various markets 

    Identify employer decision makers to gain Work Comp business

    In partnership with the Director of Workers’ Compensation, facilitates all Workers’ Compensation partner meetings

    Partner with clinic leadership to resolve any employer concerns

    Gain formal commitment from employers to utilize Exer’s WC services

    Coordinate the timely set-up of Exer’s WC Service Package to ensure smooth implementation for employer

    Communicate weekly achievements and employer pipeline status to Exer leadership

    Manage a clean, thorough, and up to date sales funnel in order to forecast employer usage accurately 

    Maintain thorough understanding of competitive landscape within territory

    Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions

    Outstanding customer service skills 

    The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies

    Experience with solution and value-based selling

    Proven successful service sales experience

    Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    High ability to manage time effectively

Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience

(In lieu of an undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college is equal to one year of directly related work experience in sales and vice versa)

    Two or more years of sales experience

    Reports to the Director of Workers’ Compensation
