This is a remote position.

We’re hiring a commercial leader to own revenue across a portfolio of real estate services, SaaS products, and outsourcing solutions.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys closing complex B2B deals, is comfortable speaking directly about money and outcomes, and wants meaningful ownership—not just a quota.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, operate with real autonomy, and play a key role in shaping how we go to market as we scale.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a narrow, single-product sales role.

You will:

Own the full sales cycle end-to-end

Represent multiple high-value offerings

Influence pricing, positioning, and deal structure

Build long-term commercial relationships, not transactional wins

If you’re at a point in your career where you want more responsibility, more trust, and more upside, this role is built for that.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

Build and manage your own B2B pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and strategic follow-ups

Engage directly with decision-makers across real estate, SaaS, and professional services Advance opportunities with confidence and commercial judgment

Sales Execution

Run effective discovery calls and demos focused on business outcomes

Lead pricing, negotiation, and close conversations

Identify and execute upsell, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities across brands

Commercial Leadership

Represent the CEO in sales conversations and negotiations

Own key accounts through close and early lifecycle stability

Surface new revenue opportunities and market insights proactively

Accountability & Visibility

Maintain a clean, accurate CRM (GoHighLevel preferred)

Report weekly on pipeline value, close rate, deal velocity, and revenue performance Be measured on outcomes, not busywork

Requirements

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE

This role is a strong fit if you:

Have 3 or more years closing B2B deals in SaaS, agencies, outsourcing, or real estate services Are comfortable generating opportunities, not just handling inbound leads

Enjoy consultative selling, negotiation, and problem-solving

Can operate independently while collaborating with leadership

Take pride in owning a number and improving it

Experience with GoHighLevel, real estate brokerages, or agency services is a strong advantage.

Benefits

GROWTH, COMPENSATION & ACCESS

Base Salary: Competitive and aligned with experience

Commission: Uncapped, performance-driven, and meaningful

Growth Path: Clear runway to Director of Sales for the right performer

Access: Direct line to the CEO and influence over sales strategy

This is a role where strong performance is visible, rewarded, and expanded.

OUR HIRING APPROACH

We value real experience over polished resumes.

Candidates will be asked to:

Walk through deals they personally closed

Explain how they handled hesitation or resistance

Share real metrics including deal size, close rates, and pipeline ownership

If you’ve carried revenue responsibility before, this process will feel natural.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
