Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Identify and analyze global customer leads and opportunities for Rotary Kiln Seal (RKS) products through the CRM system (C4C).
  •  Develop and execute annual sales plans for RKS in North America, aligned with the SSS strategy and growth initiatives, with potential expansion into LATAM.
  • Conduct customer visits, managing both technical and commercial discussions from opportunity to order.
  •  Lead RKS projects in North America, ensuring internal alignment and addressing customer needs.
  • Perform plant inspections and troubleshooting, collaborating with Central RKS TSS/Engineering to identify and implement solutions.
  • Expand RKS knowledge in the Americas through internal training and joint customer visits with Expansion Joint or Mechanical Seal colleagues.
  • Align with Central TSS/Engineering to develop technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage inquiries and customer orders, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and sales guidelines.
