About the Role
Starknet is growing, and we need a Business Development Manager to spearhead Payments partnerships and drive adoption across the US/APAC regions. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, well-connected, and relentless BD professional who knows the payments space inside out. You’ll be at the forefront of Starknet’s expansion—identifying key opportunities, forging partnerships with Founders, VCs, and projects, and helping build a strong, collaborative ecosystem. How You Can Make an Impact
○ Lead and manage the end-to-end Payments partnerships pipeline, from lead generation to deal negotiation, integration, and long-term relationship management.
○ Establish and nurture high-value relationships with Founders, VCs, and web3 projects.
○ Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and develop a structured outreach strategy.
○ Provide data-driven insights that shape the Foundation’s regional growth efforts.
○ Represent Starknet at conferences, panels, webinars, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and build strategic relationships.
○ Work closely with internal teams (Growth, Ecosystem, Marketing) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and integrations.
Who You Are
○ Experienced BD professional with a proven track record of leading impactful partnerships and integrations and expertise in the Payments vertical.
○ Well-networked in the web3 space, ready to generate and pursue leads with Founders, projects, and investors.
○ A hands-on hustler who can manage a high volume of partnerships while maintaining strong relationships.
○ Crypto-native with deep knowledge and conviction in blockchain (L2 landscape, DeFi, infra, etc.).
○ Strong negotiation, communication, and rapport-building skills.
○ Highly analytical, with expertise in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
○ Able to prioritise effectively across multiple deals and coordinate cross-functionally.
○ Proactive, scrappy, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
