Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are currently hiring a Business Development Managers for our Pacific Coast Region.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Open new prepaid and postpaid stores, coordinating contracts, approvals, grand openings, construction, sales ramps, and financial incentives
  • Support dealers in identifying real estate, lease negotiations, and approvals, while overseeing dealer consolidation with finance and field teams
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new owners, ensuring successful sales ramps and revenue targets, while reviewing business plans and cash flow statements
  • Lead monthly and quarterly reviews on store growth, consolidation plans, and relocations, collaborating with HQ and field teams
  • Attract, interview, and approve new business partners, reviewing criteria for multi-store owners, and ensuring compliance with legal agreements
  • Provide monthly executive summaries on project status, while analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field OR 5+ years of experience in wireless channel sales management, account management and/or business development
  • Executive leadership deck building and strong negotiation skills demonstrated from past experience
  • Experience opening new stores and/or involvement in 3rd party dealer store programs
  • Previous Business Development Experience in wireless preferred


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and due dates, including providing frequent executive readouts on the status of outstanding projects/initiatives
  • Experience drafting internal/external communications, and project management
  • Understand of forward looking P&Ls and business plans to ensure contracts are signed with qualified candidates
  • Experience negotiating contracts and leading discussions between cross functional teams to ensure execution
  • Ability to lead conversations with high net work entrepreneurs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and leaders, and manage conflict
  • Self-motivated with strong, analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with problem-solving frameworks preferred
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with an inherent ability to adapt to changing environments and processes

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
