Position: Business Development Manager - E-Learning (Development and Art)
Location: Anywhere in NA & Europe
Purpose of the job: The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales for Art & Codev. This role is specialized in selling development and art services to E-Learning companies, with a focus exclusively on this sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their network within the E-Learning industry to generate new business opportunities and lead the creation of workflows for selling to this vertical. They will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and achieving business goals within the E-Learning sector.
Position in the organization:
Part of the Business Development team within the Art & Codev team and reporting directly to the Director of Sales, with a dotted line to Head of Codev & Art for any production related matters.
Duties and key responsibilities ▪ Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and generate new business opportunities for Art and Development within the E-Learning industry. ▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in ELearning companies. ▪ Leverage your existing network to drive sales and expand our presence in the E-Learning market. ▪ Lead the creation and implementation of workflows and processes for selling development and art services to E-Learning companies. ▪ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction. ▪ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats. ▪ Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the E-Learning industry.
- Strong network and relationships within the E-Learning sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to take initiative, lead projects, and generate new business opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and implement effective sales workflows.
- Degree in a relevant field a plus.
- Experience and understanding of outsourcing within the E-Learning sector.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently if required.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Some flexibility with working hours when necessary.
