ABOUT THE TEAM
Corporate Development is charged with identifying and establishing opportunities for value creation through a combination of industry analysis, business review and strategic partnerships. Working horizontally with key stakeholders across the organization, the Corporate Development team aims to develop collaborative agreements with external parties that lead to positive business outcomes for Basis as a whole.
WAYS YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
As an individual contributor member of the Corporate Development team, you will be a valued collaborator across departmental initiatives. In this role, you will be the day-to-day manager of relationships across the Basis Data and 3rd Party Solutions ecosystem, inclusive of data partners, measurement, and commercially relevant solutions, working in conjunction with Corporate Development leadership, RTB Operations, Product and the investment leadership team for Basis’ manage-services offering. You will also contribute by:
- Monitor and report on usage trends and financial impact across commercial partnerships, going beyond the numbers to deliver clear insights into areas for revenue growth, cost-savings, and actionable adjustments through timely, data-driven reporting
- Maintain and manage ongoing dialogue with commercial partners to ensure clarity and knowledge of current & future offerings; provide regular updates to internal stakeholders within organization through established communication channels
- Partner with Director of Partnerships in determining priority, cadence, scheduling, preparation, and delivery of business reviews and insights to commercial partners
- Act as initial line of support for commercial partners, acting as liaison between partner and Internal Operations and Product teams as needed
- Identify and justify growth opportunities with existing commercial partners through combination of market analysis, data-driven insights, and technical compatibility review
- Support initial discovery and evaluation of vendors within domain, determining product-market fit, customer demand, testing viability, and associated technical requirements to meet needs of internal stakeholders
- Assist in development of POVs and white-papers on emerging categories, inclusive of landscape & analysis of capabilities, prescribed and novel use-cases, and commercial application
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 3+ years’ experience in advertising technology
- Experience working within programmatic; specifically with data providers in a partner landscape
- Strong qualitative skills with ability to demonstrate quality data organization and analysis techniques

- Entrepreneurial spirit and natural problem solver who takes initiative
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
