Our clientele includes manufacturers in the computer, telecommunications, biomedical, and environmental testing industries.

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand the market presence of our client. This role is pivotal in transitioning from a traditional word-of-mouth client acquisition to a more structured and strategic approach.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify target markets and potential clients for our custom cable assembly products.​
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through research, outreach, and networking.​
  • Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in relevant industries to promote our services.​
  • Close sales deals and meet revenue targets, positioning our company as a preferred provider for custom cable assemblies and harnesses.​
  • Report regularly on performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.​
  • Achieve performance goals leading to the attainment of a $500,000 to $750,000 sales quota target.​


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development, particularly in industries such as electronics, telecommunications, and computer hardware.​
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to identify and engage potential clients.​
  • Experience in generating new business through cold outreach, direct meetings, and relationship-building strategies.​
  • Highly autonomous, with the capacity to work independently while dedicating significant time to meeting prospective clients in person.​
  • Knowledgeable in custom cable assembly products to confidently engage in technical discussions and create tailored solutions for clients.
