The Business Development Lead will drive revenue growth by aligning TetraMem's technology with customer solutions, manage long sales cycles, and develop key industry relationships.
Job Summary:
As a key member of TetraMem's commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by translating TetraMem's unique technology and product value proposition into compelling customer solutions. You will work closely with the Product development team to align sales strategies with product roadmap and market positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand TetraMem's unique value proposition, key differentiators, and product roadmap to effectively communicate and position solutions to target customers and partners.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target verticals including edge AI, audio, video applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Tier-1 customers, OEMs, and ecosystem partners, including engagements at the executive level.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team to align sales messaging, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies with customer needs and market trends.
- Provide actionable voice-of-customer feedback to Product Marketing and R&D teams, informing product roadmap priorities and feature requirements.
- Develop and execute account plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline management to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead customer engagements from initial prospecting through design win, production ramp, and account expansion.
- Negotiate and close complex, long-cycle deals involving hardware, software, and licensing components.
- Represent TetraMem at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends, providing strategic insights to inform sales and product strategies.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of global accounts, coordinating with regional teams and partners as needed.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, AI hardware, or embedded systems sales or business development
- Proven track record of closing design wins and driving revenue growth with Tier-1 OEMs or system integrators
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex SoC, NPU, or AI accelerator solutions
- Experience selling into audio, video, edge AI, or IoT markets preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders
Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 / year
