About Our Internship Program:

Our Fall 2025  internship cycle takes place between September 2025 – December 2025. 

This is an unpaid, remote educational internship. Our internship program runs for 12 weeks and provides our interns a hands-on learning experience unparalleled in the classroom. As an intern, you will report directly to a supervisor, explore your career field of interest, gain in-house agency experience, acquire new skills for resume building, and establish vital career networks and mentors. 

Summary of Position:

This internship will directly report to the Sr. Manager, New Business. The position focuses on new business research and sales support offering candidates the opportunity to better understand the business side of a multi-million-dollar agency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze industry/market trends, and new business opportunities using various research methodologies
  • Keep up to date on target vertical brand’s marketing activity (i.e. product launches, releases, anniversaries, sponsorships, holidays, etc.)
  • Conduct comprehensive brand research for specific project briefs
  • Support with case study development and formatting
  • Support preparation for capabilities meetings including in-depth research on new business leads and prospects, creating custom materials, etc.
  • Seek and analyze competitor sales materials
  • Detailed note taking in all meetings when present including bi-weekly dept meetings and quarterly meetings with C-suite executives.

Secondary Opportunities:

  • Join new business brainstorm sessions and assist in ideation
  • Assist in brand or product research
  • Assist in copywriting for proposals
  • Assist with proofing proposals as needed

Qualifications:

  • Persistent, positive attitude toward following up and tracking progress
  • Strong research skills
  • Proactive approach to workload and projects
  • Strong copy-writing skills
  • Solid written, verbal, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn & Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Keynote or PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities

Requirements: 

  • Be currently enrolled in a college/university
  • Must have a personal laptop/computer
  • Must be able to work remotely at least 2 full days a week or 16 hours (availability for Tuesdays 10:30 -11:30am PST is required)
  • Ideal Majors: Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Entrepreneurship

Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in Los Angeles, however, we will consider remote candidates for this role.
