Remote Business Development Executive responsible for outbound LinkedIn prospecting, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, nurturing relationships, and maintaining CRM records to generate new business opportunities for CloudPSO.

Brief Summary:
The Sales Business Development Executive helps CloudPSO grow by finding and reaching out to potential clients online. The main goal of this job is to find the right business leaders on professional networks, start friendly conversations, and show them how CloudPSO can help their business. By building trust and scheduling initial meetings, this person directly creates new business opportunities for CloudPSO.
Work Activities (Key Responsibilities):
Outbound Networking & Creative Prospecting
- Use LinkedIn to find and connect with business owners, founders, and technical leaders.
- Go Out of the Box: Think out of the box and use creative ways to find new prospects and hidden business opportunities.
- Start friendly professional conversations online by interacting with their posts and sending personalized messages.
- Look for partners, warm introductions, and referral groups to find new business opportunities for Cloudpso.
Qualifying & Meeting Leads
- Talk to interested contacts to make sure they are a good fit for CloudPSO (checking if they have the right budget and staffing needs).
- Hold short online meetings to listen to their problems and explain how Cloudpso saves clients 60% on technical services and 40% on compliance readiness.
- Move qualified leads forward in the sales pipeline to secure new business deals for CloudPSO.
Relationship Nurturing
- Be the helpful first point of contact for new business connections.
- Stay in touch with people who are interested but not ready to buy yet by sending them Cloudpso case studies or useful updates.
Tracking Your Work
- Keep our CRM updated with clear notes on every message, conversation, and lead status.
- Self-Starter Mindset: Work as a driven self-starter to track and meet daily goals, like how many new conversations you have and how many opportunities you create.
- Share regular performance updates with the Sales Manager.
Job Context
- A fast-paced but friendly environment (work from home). Standard working hours apply, but you may sometimes need to adjust your time for international clients (once in a two month probably)
- You need to be patient, polite, and great at talking friendly, professional messages. It is about building real business connections, not making rushed sales.
- You will work independently on your daily outreach and report directly to the Sales Manager

- Activity: Meeting daily goals for connecting and engaging with new prospects on LinkedIn.
- Results: Meeting monthly goals for creating quality opportunities for CloudPSO.
- Accuracy: Keeping neat, clear records of all your engaged Prospects in our system.

Knowledge
- Understanding how an EOR (Employer of Record) company works (how global hiring works).
- Good understanding of how B2B (business-to-business) networking works.
- Knowing how EOR services work and how we save clients' money on staffing and all other services.
Skills
- Great written English for typing clear, polite, and convincing messages.
- Creative Prospecting: Creative online research skills to find prospects that others might miss.
- Good at using LinkedIn, and online meeting tools.
Abilities
- Ability to start conversations with a target audience online and build trust quickly.
- Ability to handle a 'no' politely and keep a positive attitude.
- Ability to organize your day and manage multiple text chats and tasks at once.
Languages: Fluent professional English is required.
Personality: A proactive self-starter who thinks out of the box, is friendly, comfortable messaging business managers, and driven to hit targets.
