We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow Baxture's client base across the US/North America market. You'll own the full sales cycle — from identifying and prospecting new business opportunities to pitching our services and closing deals. This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable hunting for new logos and building relationships that convert into long-term partnerships.

- Research target companies and industries to build qualified pipelines aligned with Baxture's service offerings
- Present and pitch Baxture's IT consulting and software development services to prospective clients
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → discovery calls → proposal → negotiation → deal closure
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to scope client requirements accurately
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
What We're Looking For
- Up to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation — IT services/software development industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to prospect and generate new business independently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms, CRM systems)
- Understanding of software development/IT consulting service models (staff augmentation, dedicated teams, project-based delivery) is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with US clients/time zones
Why Join Baxture
- Work with a growing global team delivering solutions across diverse industries
- Direct ownership of the sales cycle with real impact on company growth
