Job Title:     Business Development Associate

Purpose:      Lead generation for Hackett sales associates


Responsibilities

  • Marketing campaign execution
    • Assist with development of campaign approach (hardcopy mailings, e-mail, pre-calls, post calls, etc.)
    • Generate webcast and event attendance
    • Obtain executive appointments for sales associates
    • Post-event follow up to generate sales conference calls or face-to-face meetings

  • Logging and tracking lead/appointment activity
  • Maintaining prospect details in Salesforce.com (CRM)
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Management to schedule timing of follow-up activities and campaign execution

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Broad understanding of questioning techniques
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Proven ability to get access to senior executives
  • Highly organized
  • Self motivated

Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
