About the RoleWe're looking for a Business Development Associate to support business development, market research, and commercial growth initiatives.
You'll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, research prospective clients, and contribute to the growth of Fitzroy.
What You'll DoResearch prospective clients and industries
Build and maintain qualified prospect lists
Support outbound business development initiatives
Maintain CRM records and sales activity
Assist with market research and account planning
Identify new commercial opportunities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Curious about technology and business

Comfortable learning new tools and software
Experience with CRM platforms
Familiarity with LinkedIn or Apollo
Previous internship, project, or leadership experience
