As a Business Development Associate, you’ll work closely with campaign teams to promote nonprofit partners, engage the public at live events, and support strategic fundraising and outreach efforts. This entry-level position is ideal for ambitious individuals seeking a purpose-driven role with a clear path for advancement into leadership, management, or strategic development.
What You’ll Do:Represent nonprofit clients at live marketing and fundraising events
Build rapport with potential donors and secure long-term contributions
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing event logistics
Learn and implement proven sales, marketing, and business development strategies
Track campaign performance and contribute to fundraising goals
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve results
Support and collaborate with other departments to meet organizational objectives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High energy, enthusiastic, and solution-focused
Quick learner with a desire to grow personally and professionally
Comfortable working in a face-to-face outreach and fast-paced event setting
Goal-oriented with leadership potential and a long-term mindset
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
