We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our business development department by assisting in the management of client relationships, conducting market research, and helping to develop strategic plans to drive company growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist the business development team in researching and identifying potential clients and market opportunities
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials to attract and retain clients
- Maintain and update the client database and track all business development activities accurately
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams
- Conduct preliminary data analysis and market research to inform business strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
