We are looking for an energetic, confident, and highly driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and creating opportunities. You'll spend your day connecting with business owners, generating new conversations, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments for our leadership team.

This is not a customer support role.

This is not an order-taking position.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, competitive, and relentless in their pursuit of new business.

  • Prospect and identify qualified business owners across multiple industries.
  • Initiate conversations through phone, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other communication channels.
  • Build authentic relationships with prospective clients.
  • Consistently generate new business opportunities.
Appointment Setting
  • Qualify prospects through professional discovery conversations.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.
  • Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations or no-shows.
  • Maintain detailed notes and activity inside our CRM.
Relationship Management
  • Execute consistent follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Build long-term relationships through regular communication.
  • Stay top of mind with prospects until they are ready to move forward.
  • Ensure every opportunity receives timely and professional follow-up.
Pipeline Management
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Track outreach activities and follow-up tasks.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to maximize conversion opportunities.
