About The Role

EliseAI is building the future of intelligent automation for healthcare. We’re early in our healthcare journey—but the momentum is real. After establishing ourselves as a leader in AI-powered solutions in housing, we’re now rapidly expanding in healthcare, and we’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to help us scale.

This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new vertical at a high-growth company. You’ll lead the charge in building and owning partnerships with key players across the healthcare ecosystem. You’ll shape the strategy, pitch the value, and close deals that accelerate our distribution and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close strategic partnerships with healthcare service groups.

  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including revenue share models, go-to-market collaborations, and joint offerings.

  • Build compelling materials—pitch decks, proposals, business cases—that communicate EliseAI’s value in healthcare.

  • Collaborate closely with legal, product, and leadership teams to move deals from exploration to execution.

  • Track performance of partnerships and evolve strategy based on results and market signals.

  • Stay on top of industry trends, emerging players, and whitespace opportunities.

  • Help shape EliseAI’s healthcare strategy by bringing back insights from the field.

  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, healthcare consulting, or similar fields

  • Experience working with or selling to healthcare stakeholders is a strong plus

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal execution skills

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to distill complex problems and communicate clearly

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and creative mindset when approaching complex challenges within a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $185,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
