Position Overview
We're searching for an Implementation Consultant, Accounting to join our Solution Services team in a remote capacity. To keep us headed in the right direction, we're looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team's diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.
What You'll Do

• Assist in transitioning accounting data into Applied Epic
• Support clients with making accounting related configuration decisions as well as managing associated workflows related to the financial transition
• Work with customers to gather requirements, assess needs, and provide guidance on best practices and workflows to meet business needs
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations
• Partner with project leadership and other team members to ensure completion of all deliverables across the project
• Build strong, productive relationships with customers and keep them on track toward achieving mutual goals
• Uphold a strong working knowledge of accounting and accounting related workflows in Epic
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, tasks completed, project status, and action items
• Manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of company products, usage, and other features

We're Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:

• 5+ years of experience in an accounting related position; knowledge of the insurance industry ideal
• 2+ years working with Applied Epic or similar software
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

You may have other skills or credentials, including:

• Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and can handle multiple projects concurrently

The position is existing and the total anticipated annual compensation range for a new team member's starting pay will be determined based on the level as well as consideration for a variety of factors, including the new team member's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. The total anticipated annual compensation range is $75,000 - $110,000 USD which includes starting base salary and, where applicable, variable or incentive pay.
