Business Analyst 
Malbek is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual with a passion for ensuring customer success and experience in enterprise software implementation to join our Customer Experience team as a Business Analyst. The Malbek team is passionate about maintaining our customer commitments and allowing all team members to contribute actively to executing our vision. 

 

Job Summary 
We're seeking an experienced Implementation and Configuration Specialist (BA) to manage the deployment, configuration, and optimization of our contract management system and AI offerings for our customersYou will be responsible for key delivery tasks and consulting during the implementation phase of the customer journey. Advising customers on how best to leverage and a strategic approach to deployment of AI embedded solutions is a key part of this role 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting, solutioning and configuration for full-cycle implementation projects from discovery through deployment 
  • Architect complex workflow automation and approval matrixes 
  • Design and configure configuration to meet customer use cases and requirements 
  • Lead data migration strategies and execution from legacy systems 
  • Create and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries 
  • Advise customer on how to best utilize AI feature to maximize adoption and value of the solution 
  • Solution and participate in execution of system integrations activities with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.) 
  • Conduct business process analysis and optimization workshops 
  • Perform QA testing and validation of configured solutions 
  • Document technical specifications and configuration decisions 
  • Facilitate product training 
  • Guide customers through best practice recommendations 
  • Potential to lead as project manager on smaller scale implementations  

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

 Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field 

  • 5+ years experience implementing or administering contract management systems 
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices 
  • Experience with workflow design and business process optimization 
  • Excellent documentation skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels 
  • Experience with API integrations and data migration a plus 
  • Experience in SaaS implementation for large enterprise clients 
  • Experience with implementation and strategic consulting on adoption of AI solutions within enterprise software 
  • Proven experience leveraging AI to gain efficiency and extend technical skills 
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle timeline pressures 
  • Flexibility with working across multiple timezones
