Overview
Amazing Charts is hiring a Business Analyst to support the leadership team with data gathering, reporting, and variance analysis on financial & nonfinancial metrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate & timely data that is relevant to making business decisions, as well as, tracking & measuring the goals of the business units.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain vendor to customer invoicing audits, ensuring customer and vendor billing accuracy.

  • Perform variance analysis and assist leadership with forecasting.

  • Develop and maintain profitability analysis reports.

  • Work with Sales & Marketing teams on cost analysis and performance metrics.

  • Gather data and assist with price increase analysis.

  • Provide insightful and analytical recommendations and commentary to assist the decision making of the leadership team.

  • Build & improve financial reporting models & reports.

  • Ad Hoc analysis as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • University or college degree in Accounting/Finance, or Business.

  • 1-3 years of progressive experience working with financial analysis.

  • Advanced working experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Effective communicator that has experience and is comfortable working with all levels of management.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Solutions focused mindset with a desire to improve processes.
