We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Salesforce Business Analyst. The Salesforce Business Analyst will act as a liaison between program team and IT team to translate the business needs and constantly work together to ensure the process workflow is seamless by participating in all phases of project life cycle. The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting and driving the projects that he/she may support in the region. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for Program data management with ensuring the smooth reporting client deliverables.

  • Operate as a resource across a wide variety of programs, program types, and geographical areas in translating the business needs working along with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead and conduct complex analysis from program and industry data to model program and portfolio performance in support of business proposals and operational improvements.

  • Lead and conduct meetings/working sessions for requirements gathering, improvement planning/enhancements, troubleshooting bugs, finalizing the data dictionaries for all new projects.

  • Conduct User acceptance testing.

  • Lead and participate in completion of special projects handling training, reviewing work quality, overseeing timelines, addressing system functionality and driving process improvements.

  • Program Data Management by conducting variance analysis & reconciliations on program data.

  • Work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

  • Show a proactive, self-starting attitude, and an ability to work independently when necessary.

  • Track project progress, manage risks, and report on project status to stakeholders.

 

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 8+ years relevant experience (at least 4 years in an Analyst role)

  • 2+ years of data analysis

  • Experience with Salesforce building custom reports

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with committed deadlines

  • Must be flexible to work off schedule work hours as needed

  • Advanced experience with Excel (XLOOKUP, Power Query)

Compensation Range

$62,700.00 - $94,100.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
