We’re looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our Engineering team. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements, support backlog grooming and sprint planning, and drive seamless communication between business and tech teams. Your work will directly impact how we define, build, and launch modern fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in backlog grooming to aid in story point estimates and identify dependencies of backlog items.
  • Contributes to daily scrum meetings to discuss any items in progress or blockers to development items. Actively participates in the sprint planning ceremonies to ensure that items planned for the sprint are in a ready state.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential when working with the product team to ensure that business needs are clearly understood.
  • Identifies and builds out any development tasks necessary to fulfill the user story.
  • Aligns with the product team to advocate for the needs of users and functional partners.
  • Assists in testing to ensure that acceptance criteria have been met.
  • Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to understand information needs and functional requirements, delivering appropriate artifacts as needed.
  • Develops requirement specifications following standard templates, utilizing natural language.
  • Engages in seamless collaboration with Enterprise Architects to recommend solutions for process improvements within existing environments.
  • Assists both the client and the team in defining a manageable MVP scope. Provides technical guidance to the client on achieving a viable product.
  • Confidently challenges the client's technical designs respectfully to enhance the product.
  • Suggests new functionalities that improve or enhance the product.

Qualifications

  • A strong sense of ownership.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in enterprise-wide requirements definition for management systems and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including prioritization, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationship building.
  • Solid understanding of relevant technology concepts.
  • Previous experience in software development is required.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in close contact with clients and pre-sales.
  • Experience in the product development life cycle (PDLC).
  • Must possess a solid working knowledge of business analysis tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
  • Research skills: analyzing data and extracting information.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with fintech business models is preferred.
  • Experience in the banking or fintech industry is preferred.
  • Integration experience with fintech vendors (KYC, BaaS, Wallets, Cards) from a Product, API, and data perspectives.
  • A strong sense of ownership and leadership.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business partners.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Capable of managing full projects from start to finish.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Quick learner with a passion for acquiring new technologies.
