We are seeking a Business Analyst to focus on managing components, handling run-mode features, and evaluating client requests. The role includes direct client interaction and structured guidance through shadowing by senior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on product components and run-mode features.
- Assess and evaluate client requests.
- Interact directly with clients and challenge them when necessary.
- Cooperate with Sales, Project managers, dev, QA and devops teams, as well as the technical writer
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience working directly with clients.
- Hands-on experience with collecting and writing requirements.
- Experience in trading environments (FX systems experience is a huge advantage).
- Excellent English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to comfortably stand/present before clients.
