ABOUT THE ROLE
"You’ll be the bridge between big-picture infrastructure initiatives and the actionable work that gets them across the finish line."
As a Business Analyst supporting our Infrastructure Cloud teams, you’ll turn complex projects into clear, meaningful stories, collaborate across app dev teams, and help keep delivery moving on time. You’ll own story mapping and refinement sessions, ensure work is fully scoped and understood, and partner across teams to identify and remove impediments before they slow us down.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative problem solver who can bring clarity to complexity, communicate effectively across teams, and keep everyone aligned on what needs to happen and when.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Prioritize with intent: Understand your teams’ roadmap and priorities to effectively prioritize the backlog of work.
Cross-Functional Delivery & Impediment Removal
- Keep engineering moving: Act as a liaison between engineering teams to ensure cross-team projects stay on schedule and ensure accuracy in development work.
- Clear the path: Identify and remove impediments and interruptions to team productivity, including managing cross-team coordination.
- Triage and investigate: Help triage, investigate, and resolve defects when needed.
Solutioning & Strategic Analysis
- Shape the roadmap: Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations for future work on our roadmap.
- Serve as domain SME: Build functional depth to ensure the team consistently has the information needed to deliver work.

HOW YOU'LL KNOW YOU'RE SUCCEEDING

- Roadblocks vanish early: Cross-team dependencies, interruptions, and impediments are flagged and resolved before they impact team productivity.
- Cross-team alignment is seamless: Engineering and app dev teams stay in lockstep on shared initiatives, delivering accurate releases on schedule.

ABOUT MASTERY
Most TMS platforms are tolerated. We've proven a better way — one platform built for every facet of transportation: shippers, carriers, private fleets, and brokers, all under one roof. Built to be loved. We're still the only ones who mean that.
Mastery Logistics Systems exists because the transportation industry deserves better. For too long, shippers and carriers have been forced to stitch together a patchwork of outdated, inadequate systems — one for dedicated fleet, another for brokerage, another for LTL, another for intermodal — none of them talking to each other, all of them slowing things down. Mastermind TMS changes that: one platform for every mode, every function, every stakeholder. Flexibility, visibility, and control — finally in one place.
The timing matters. Global supply chains are under pressure like never before, and the transportation industry is at the center of it. We're building the platform that helps this industry move faster, smarter, and more efficiently — tackling everything from AI-powered data ingestion to intelligent automation.
We are a masterful mosaic of specialists, builders, and genuinely good people. Different backgrounds, different talents, one shared obsession: creating something the industry has never had. We believe in diversity of thought, deep respect for each other, and the relentless pursuit of getting it right. We're small enough that every person makes a real impact — technically and culturally — and deliberate enough that we only add people who make the whole better.
If you're passionate about humanizing a complex industry, building for scale, and touching every corner of the global economy — welcome home. Let's build a masterpiece.
