We are seeking a skilled Adobe Workfront Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to support solution design and implementation. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into scalable Workfront solutions, and ensure alignment with platform capabilities and best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Act as a functional and technical Workfront expert with strong platform knowledge
  • Co-own solution design from discovery phase, translating business requirements into workable solutions
  • Lead development of Agency Workbook in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Partner with System Architect to create detailed Technical Workbook aligned with Workfront configurations
  • Define end-to-end business workflows with clear dependencies and automation points
  • Develop and execute UAT scripts to validate configurations and integrations
  • Identify risks early and escalate any structural or foundational concerns
  • Create enablement materials and conduct user training sessions
  • Ensure solutions align with platform standards, scalability, and governance guidelines

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Strong experience with Adobe Workfront (functional + technical understanding)
  • Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into solutions
  • Knowledge of workflow design, automation, and system integrations
  • Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Solid communication and documentation skills

The base compensation range for this role is $80,000 – $140,000 and spans multiple levels. We're open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
